There's a slightly faded, delicate beauty swaying carefully in a sheltered corner, happy to let the brighter and bolder take the limelight on the main stage. She knows that she’ll attract those drawn to difference, able to see beneath the surface - just those she wants to lure, mesmerised by her endless contours and bewitched by her blended tones.
Dense thickets of deep-hued petals swagger their way across the croft. Proud attitudes abound as they flaunt their multi-layered beauty in vast gangs of billowy cushions.

Deep pinks swirl and show a hint of their true colours, closely guarded by experienced ones who protect the new growth. The seasonal shedding and reflourishing is in seamless harmony with a cooler reality, unconsciously realising that time cannot be reversed and resolving to evolve with the elements.
Clouds move swiftly over the sun and a dappled glow highlights the fluttering petals. Dramatic purples become more subtle as the eye tries to discern definite shapes whilst they morph according to the elements. Senses are subject to charades as everything conspires to fluctuate and challenge whatever the mind settles upon.
Frothy layers of pink petals billow over the croft. Anchored together by willpower and their central strength as ruthless gales threaten to shake those tethers. So they hold on, determined to use those violent gusts to accentuate their beautifully volumized state - a united force that even the most hardy daren't reckon with.
