Using florist doorways as my inspiration, Lilac Veil is part of my Shop Fronts Collection. I've created Lilac Veil using collage as a base layer and then painting in acrylic using a palette knife. The combination of the collage and palette knife painting forms a textured effect that draws your eye into all the nooks and crannies that the paint and pattern have settled into.
